Aluminium-chromium-phosphate binder UNIBOND-2
Technical Data Sheet
Aluminium-chromium-phosphate binder is a viscous liquid of dark green color which is a universal hightemperature adhesive and a binder based on aluminum and chromium phosphates. It is used at temperatures up to 1800 ⁰С. It has a significantly higher durability (up to 4 times) compared to silicate- based bonds.
Key properties and application
- In ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy as a binder for the installation and repair of lining of furnaces, smelting units and boilers, fastening of heat-resistant sensors, for laying furnaces made of fire-resistant bricks, as well as heat-insulating plates based on fiberglass and mineral wool, etc.
- Possesses high chemical and thermal resistance, fire resistance
- Provides excellent wear resistance to products
- Does not interact with molten metals and slags
