Key properties
Zircon-based refractory coating UNICHIM-ZR1 is a cream-colored thixotropic suspension designed for prolonged contact with molten aluminum and steel. The coating may be applied to the surface by brush, roller, or spray. The product has a gel-like consistency, thereby providing easy application to refractory surfaces, as well as protection against cracking and peeling during rapid drying of thick coating layers.
